Custom Software & SaaS — Built to Run Your Business

Internal tools, customer portals, and full SaaS products. We build the systems that let small teams operate like large ones — and the ones that turn into your next revenue line.

What it is

Software that bends to your business — not the other way around.

Custom software is the unfair advantage your competitors don't have. The CRM you actually want to use. The dashboard your team checks first every morning. The portal your customers prefer over picking up the phone. Off-the-shelf tools force your business to bend; custom software bends to your business.

We build it the way a small SaaS company would — modern stack, version-controlled, automatically tested, deployable in seconds. You get the same engineering discipline a venture-backed startup gets, applied to the workflow that actually moves your numbers.

What you get

A real system. Version-controlled. Yours.

  • Production app with authentication, billing, role-based permissions
  • Database designed for the real read/write patterns of your business
  • Admin panel so you (and we) can manage users, plans, content
  • Multi-tenant architecture (if you're building SaaS for customers)
  • REST or GraphQL API ready for future integrations
  • Automated testing + CI/CD so deploys are boring
  • Hosting, monitoring, backups, alerting — set up on your accounts
  • Source code, documentation, and ops runbook handed over
How we build it

MVP in 4–8 weeks. Then we keep building.

  1. 01

    Product discovery

Half-day working session. We map workflows, data models, and user roles. You leave with a one-page product spec everyone agrees on.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price proposal

Within 72 hours, a written proposal broken into phases. Each phase ships something usable — you're never paying for vapor.

  3. 03

    MVP in 4–8 weeks

We build the smallest version that solves the real problem. You use it. Your team uses it. We iterate on what's actually friction, not what we guessed.

  4. 04

    Production hardening

Auth, billing, permissions, monitoring, backups. We don't ship the MVP straight to customers without the boring-but-critical work.

  5. 05

    Operate or hand-off

Stay with us on a retainer and we'll run and extend it, or take the keys and run it yourself. Either way, you own everything.

Who it's for

When off-the-shelf hits the ceiling.

  • Founders launching a SaaS where off-the-shelf builders can't do what you actually need
  • Operations teams duct-taping Google Sheets, Zapier, and email — when a real tool would replace 80% of the labor
  • Service businesses that want a client portal so customers self-serve instead of pinging the team
  • Companies replacing a legacy vendor whose product hasn't been maintained in years
Pricing

Phase pricing. No vapor.

Fixed-quote per phase. MVPs typically run $20–60k and ship in 4–8 weeks. Larger SaaS builds scale from there in clear phases — you never sign a blank check. Ongoing retainers for ops + features start modest.

FAQ

The questions every founder asks before MVP.

Do you build SaaS or just one-off tools?

Both. The engineering is mostly the same — auth, billing, permissions, multi-tenancy. We've shipped customer-facing SaaS products, internal admin tools, and operational dashboards. Same standard either way.

What stack do you use?

TypeScript on Next.js + Node.js, Postgres for the database, hosted on Vercel or our own VPS. We use Supabase for fast auth + storage where it fits and a custom backend when scale or compliance requires it. The stack is picked per project, not handed down from a template.

Will I own the code?

Always. Repo lives in your GitHub. Database, hosting, billing, every credential is in your accounts — never ours. If you ever leave us, you take everything with you.

How long to a launched MVP?

Most focused MVPs ship in 4–8 weeks. The first 1–2 weeks is spec + design; the rest is build, test, harden. A working preview is in your hands within the first two weeks.

Can you take over a project another agency started?

Often yes. We'll do a paid audit of the existing codebase (typically a few days), give you a brutally honest opinion, and quote either continuation or rebuild based on what we find.

What about ongoing maintenance?

Optional monthly retainer covers updates, dependency upgrades, bug fixes, and new feature work at a fixed rate. Most clients stay on retainer because the system keeps evolving with their business.
