What's the difference between a chatbot and an agent?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions — it reads a lead, decides what to do, and does it: send the email, book the call, update the CRM, escalate to a human. We build agents.

Will the AI go off the rails and embarrass us?

Every agent we ship has human-in-the-loop checkpoints for anything irreversible (sending external emails, taking financial actions, etc.). The AI proposes; a human approves; the system handles the rest. You can dial the autonomy up over time as you trust it.

What about the API bill?

Cost monitoring + per-conversation budgets are built in. You see exactly what you're spending, in dollars, in real time. Most agents we build cost a few cents per interaction — orders of magnitude cheaper than the human time they replace.

Can you use our existing data?
